Monday Marketing Company, a Digital-First Growth Marketing Agency, is hiring energetic and persuasive Sales Executives (Part-Time) to join our expanding sales team. This is a perfect opportunity for women who are freshers, homemakers, or career restarters looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing sales.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, pitching marketing services, and scheduling meetings for our core team. This is a performance-driven role with high earning potential through attractive incentives. (Please note: There is no fixed salary for this role.)
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists
- Understand client needs related to digital marketing (website, ads, branding)
- Schedule meetings with interested clients for the business development team
- Pitch our digital marketing packages confidently and persuasively
- Maintain call logs and follow-up regularly to close warm leads
- Collaborate with the internal team to share client feedback and optimize outreach
- Learn and stay updated with our service offerings and industry trends
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident and convincing personality
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Access to a laptop and stable internet connection
- Freshers and college students welcome – female candidates preferred
- Must be comfortable with no fixed salary, incentive-only structure
