- Source, screen, and close high-quality candidates for BFSI, IT, and senior-level mandates across India.
- Own the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: JD analysis, sourcing, screening, coordination, offer, and follow-ups.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, Boolean search, and personal databases for sourcing.
- Engage in headhunting and passive candidate outreach for leadership roles like VP, CXO, Directors, and senior tech profiles.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track hiring progress via shared trackers, CRM, or sheets with accurate pipeline updates.
Requirements for Freelance HR Recruiter India:
