Role Overview

Monday Marketing Company is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for IT, digital marketing, creative, sales, customer support, and other non-IT roles.

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing relevant candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview rounds, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful joining.

The role also requires proven ability to manage bulk hiring, multiple concurrent vacancies, urgent closures, and high-volume candidate follow-ups.

Key Recruitment Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to candidate joining.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, Apna, WorkIndia, job portals, WhatsApp groups, social media, referrals, colleges, and recruitment databases.
• Conduct resume screening and initial telephonic or video interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on relevant experience, technical skills, communication, stability, salary, notice period, and cultural fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular candidate follow-ups from application to joining.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, joining date, and employment terms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, interview updates, and recruitment trackers.
• Build active candidate pipelines for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Achieve weekly and monthly interview, selection, and joining targets.
• Reduce candidate drop-offs after selection and offer release.
• Submit daily recruitment reports and pipeline updates.

Bulk Hiring Responsibilities

• Manage simultaneous hiring requirements across multiple departments.
• Source and screen a high volume of relevant candidates every day.
• Conduct bulk screening calls and first-round interviews.
• Organise walk-in interviews, virtual hiring drives, referral drives, and campus recruitment drives.
• Coordinate with colleges, training institutes, placement cells, recruitment agencies, and local employment groups.
• Create screening questionnaires and candidate evaluation scorecards.
• Maintain a recruitment funnel covering applications, shortlisted profiles, interviews, selections, offers, and successful joinings.
• Build backup candidate pipelines for urgent and high-attrition positions.
• Track and improve the selection-to-joining ratio.
• Demonstrate previous bulk hiring numbers during the interview.
