As we continue to expand our D2C growth practice, we are looking for a Senior D2C Growth Manager who can think like a business owner, take complete ownership of brand growth, and drive measurable outcomes across Shopify, marketplaces, quick commerce, retention marketing, content, and performance marketing.

About the Role – Brand Manager

We are looking for a Senior D2C Growth Manager who can take complete ownership of the growth journey for D2C brands.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the entire D2C ecosystem, including Shopify, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Retention Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Strategy, Social Media, Marketplaces, Quick Commerce, and Customer Experience.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, merchandising, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own revenue growth and key business metrics including Revenue, ROAS, MER, AOV, CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate, and Repeat Purchase Rate.
  • Manage and optimize Shopify stores, including PLPs, PDPs, landing pages, collections, merchandising, offers, bundles, upsells, and checkout experiences.
  • Identify and execute CRO opportunities through customer journey analysis, A/B testing, heatmaps, and funnel optimization.
  • Build and manage retention marketing programs across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Loyalty, and Subscription channels.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness through better offers, creatives, landing pages, and customer journeys.
  • Work closely with content, design, influencer, and social media teams to build high-performing content strategies.
  • Manage marketplace and quick commerce growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and similar platforms.
  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and business data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build growth roadmaps, performance reports, and actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in D2C, E-commerce, Growth Marketing, or Brand Growth roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and D2C operations.
  • Experience in CRO, retention marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital acquisition channels.
  • Experience managing marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently manage projects, stakeholders, and growth initiatives.
