Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Developer / Account Manager / Client Servicing Executive who thrives on solving client problems and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate has the instinct to identify client pain points, the skill to provide relevant solutions, and the confidence to justify value with data.
This role is at the heart of client success—ensuring inbound leads are qualified, needs are understood, and solutions are presented persuasively while always keeping an eye on market competition and trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Conversion
- Engage with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Understand client needs, pain points, and business goals.
- Pitch relevant services (Shopify, UGC, performance marketing, automation, etc.) tailored to their stage and requirements.
- Client Servicing & Account Management
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Act as the single point of contact for queries, requests, and escalations.
- Regularly update clients on project status, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
- Competition & Market Awareness
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving tools at every stage of business.
- Use competitive intelligence to position our services as smarter, more relevant, and results-driven.
- Proactively share market insights with clients to strengthen trust and showcase thought leadership.
- Problem-Solving & Consultative Selling
- Identify hidden opportunities to deliver quick wins or long-term growth.
- Justify costs with clear data, ROI metrics, and case studies.
- Present solutions in a convincing, structured, and data-backed manner.
- Collaboration & Delivery Oversight
- Work closely with internal teams (performance marketing, content, design, CRO) to ensure promises made to clients are delivered on time.
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client ROI and agency revenue.
- Retention & Growth
- Stay in regular touch with clients through meaningful communication.
- Drive client renewals, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, account management, or client servicing within a marketing agency / D2C ecosystem (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (Shopify, social media, performance marketing, CRO, UGC).
- Consultative sales mindset—ability to listen, diagnose problems, and present tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to build client confidence.
- Comfort with data-driven conversations—using metrics, case studies, and reports to convince clients.
- Ability to justify pricing and demonstrate ROI confidently.
- Keen awareness of competition and the ability to position clients (and our agency) ahead in the market.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
- Tech-friendly and comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, and reporting dashboards.
Compensation & Growth
💰 Package: ₹4 LPA – ₹10 LPA (based on experience & interview performance).
