Role Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Executive in Thane, Mumbai who will hunt opportunities, convert leads, and onboard clients for our agency and subsidiaries. You will be the driving force in connecting businesses with our marketing and digital growth solutions, ensuring long-term success for both clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and opportunities for our marketing agency in Mumbai and Thane.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase our digital marketing and media services.
- Drive client acquisition, sales, and onboarding for Monday Marketing Company and subsidiaries like Foxy Videos.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure growth and retention.
- Represent the agency at events, exhibitions, and networking forums in Thane and Mumbai.
- Maintain CRM discipline and provide regular sales reports with clear KPIs.
- Upsell and cross-sell agency services including SEO, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and video editing solutions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive in a marketing agency, advertising agency, or media company.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, influencer campaigns, paid media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
- Motivated to work in a startup culture with ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model (Thane – Hiranandani Estate, Mumbai).
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools, lead generation, and sales tracking platforms.
