About the Role

As an Influencer Marketing & Outreach Specialist, you’ll run end-to-end influencer marketing strategy. From influencer discovery and creator outreach to negotiation, UGC content supervision, campaign execution, and detailed reportingβ€”you’ll be in the driver’s seat.

This role is perfect for someone who understands influencer marketing jobs in India, enjoys managing creators daily, and knows how to scale campaigns using smart, ROI-driven influencer marketing strategy frameworks. You will work closely with performance marketing, UGC managers, designers, and brand strategists to ensure influencer content aligns with paid media and brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

βœ” Influencer Discovery & Creator Outreach

  • Identify creators across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Execute bulk creator outreach (100–300 creators per campaign).
  • Analyze creator quality: fake followers, ER, audience type.
  • Build relationships with influencers, UGC creators, talent managers.
  • Negotiate pricing, deliverables, rights, and timelines like a true Influencer Outreach Specialist.

βœ” Influencer Campaign Strategy

  • Plan end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for brand awareness, conversions, UGC ads, and product seeding.
  • Convert business objectives into actionable influencer marketing strategy.
  • Work alongside performance teams to identify creators best suited for viral hooks and conversion-focused UGC.

βœ” Execution & Content Quality

  • Coordinate with 20–40 creators at once.
  • Track: outreach β†’ negotiation β†’ drafts β†’ revisions β†’ final delivery.
  • Review hooks, storytelling angles, CTAs, accuracy, relatability, and brand alignment.
  • Ensure content meets UGC content creator management standards.

βœ” Reporting & Insights

  • Track campaign metrics: Reach, Views, Engagement Rate, CTR, CPA.
  • Create detailed influencer campaign execution reports.
  • Maintain historic creator performance databases for future optimization.

Required Skills

  • Experience as Influencer Marketing Executive, Influencer Manager, or Influencer Strategist.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of UGC, reels trends, hooks, and influencer partnerships.
  • Strong organizational skills with Sheets/CRM/Notion tracking.
  • Ability to judge content quality within the first 3 seconds.

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years in influencer marketing jobs in India or UGC management.
  • Experience handling influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Comfort working with fast-moving brands and multi-creator operations.
  • Understanding of influencer campaign execution and performance analytics.
