Part-Time Sales Executive (WFH – Female’s Preferred)

Monday Marketing Company, a Digital-First Growth Marketing Agency, is hiring energetic and persuasive Sales Executives (Part-Time) to join our expanding sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, pitching marketing services, and scheduling meetings for our core team. This is a performance-driven role with high earning potential through attractive incentives. (Please note: There is no fixed salary for this role.)

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists
• Understand client needs related to digital marketing (website, ads, branding)
• Schedule meetings with interested clients for the business development team
• Pitch our digital marketing packages confidently and persuasively
• Maintain call logs and follow-up regularly to close warm leads
• Collaborate with the internal team to share client feedback and optimize outreach
• Learn and stay updated with our service offerings and industry trends

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident and convincing personality
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Access to a laptop and stable internet connection
