About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate – D2C Ecommerce to join our team. This role focuses on planning, launching, and managing performance-driven digital campaigns for D2C e-commerce brands.
The position is centered around driving sales on brand websites through data-led media buying, campaign optimization, and close coordination with clients and creative teams to ensure strong ROI and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for D2C e-commerce brands (sales on brand websites) across Facebook, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
- Plan and execute media planning strategies for all campaigns
- Prepare and share regular reports on campaign performance and business outcomes with clients
- Manage and prepare for client meetings, including performance reviews and strategy discussions
- Handle client meetings independently and manage ongoing client communication
- Provide creative recommendations and plan monthly creative requirements in collaboration with the creative team
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience working with e-commerce or D2C brands as an agency partner or in-house employee
- Proven experience handling e-commerce campaigns on Facebook and Google with small to mid-scale budgets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and industry best practices
- Experience with email campaigns and marketing on e-commerce marketplaces (preferred)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and attribution setup for performance campaigns
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage day-to-day client interactions and weekly/monthly meetings
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have own laptop and work-from-home infrastructure
- Good creative understanding with the ability to provide creative references and define creative requirements regularly

- Improved ROAS, conversions, and revenue from D2C performance campaigns
- Consistent achievement of campaign KPIs across platforms
- High client satisfaction through clear communication and performance reporting
- Effective collaboration with creative teams leading to stronger-performing ad creatives
