About the Role
We’re hiring a Video Editor to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. If you love creating short-form videos, YouTube edits, social media videos, UGC edits, performance marketing ads, and brand films, this role is built for you.
You’ll work with D2C brands, influencers, education clients, real estate developers, and major corporate teams. Your job is simple. turn raw footage into content that audiences actually watch till the end.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, Short from style content, YouTube videos, and ad creatives for various platforms.
- Handle end-to-end video post-production including trimming, pacing, sequencing, sound design, and color grading.
- Add motion graphics, text animation, transitions, and other effects using Premiere Pro and basic After Effects.
- Replicate reference videos accurately and adapt editing style to campaign goals.
- Manage project files with proper version control and media organization.
Platform-Specific Editing
- Create content optimized for Meta ads, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain high retention pacing for performance marketing videos, UGC ads, and e-commerce brand videos.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the Creative Director and Project Managers to understand briefs.
- Participate in brainstorming and provide input on video concepts, hooks, and storytelling.
- Understand brand guidelines and keep all videos consistent across campaigns.
Speed & Quality
- Deliver quick turnarounds without compromising quality.
- Handle multiple video editing projects simultaneously.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro (must).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and transitions.
- Experience with UGC video editing, performance marketing videos, YouTube editing, and short-form editing.
- Ability to work with various assets. raw footage, stock clips, sound effects, voiceovers, etc.
- Knowledge of color correction, sound mixing, and export optimization.
Experience & Eligibility
- 1–3 years of experience as a Video Editor or Short-Form Video Editor (agency experience preferred).
- Must have a portfolio/reel showcasing social media videos, ads, UGC edits, or brand films.
- Experience working with D2C brands or digital marketing agencies is a plus.
