Front End Developer

Monday Marketing Company, a Digital First Agency specializing in digital marketing, graphics design, and website development, is seeking a skilled and creative Front End Developer to join our web development team. As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for translating design mockups into interactive and user-friendly websites and web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and engaging user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with designers to implement design mockups and ensure pixel-perfect execution.
• Optimize websites for speed and performance.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Implement and integrate front-end frameworks and libraries as needed.
• Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Participate in the entire web development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and preprocessors (e.g., Webpack, SASS).
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with back-end development and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
