Inside Sales Executive
Monday Marketing Company, a Digital First Agency, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with clients and driving revenue growth for the company, you role will be telephonic where you need to identify and establish the business relation.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential international clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience working with international clients through email and phone calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive selling and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
