Monday Marketing Company, a Digital First Agency specializing in digital marketing, graphics design, and website development, is seeking a skilled and creative Front End Developer to join our web development team. As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for translating design mockups into interactive and user-friendly websites and web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive and engaging user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with designers to implement design mockups and ensure pixel-perfect execution.
- Optimize websites for speed and performance.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Implement and integrate front-end frameworks and libraries as needed.
- Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in the entire web development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
- Familiarity with front-end build tools and preprocessors (e.g., Webpack, SASS).
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with back-end development and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
