As a HR Executive – Job Role / Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, like Recruitment, managing day-to-day human resource activities like managing payroll, handling attendance sheet, advertising job openings, identifying manpower requirements, creating job descriptions, orientation, and handling training sessions and supporting the overall growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities (HR Executive / HR Specialist / HR Manager role):
- Stay updated with the latest employment laws, labor regulations, and HR compliance standards.
- Assist in designing and executing impactful employee training, learning & development (L&D), and career growth programs.
- Offer expert guidance on employee engagement, conflict resolution, and HR-related inquiries.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings on platforms like LinkedIn Jobs, Naukri.com, Indeed, freelancer HR portals, resume screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
- Manage employee benefits, payroll coordination, and ensure all policies align with Indian labor laws.
- Develop structured onboarding, orientation, and offboarding experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date HRMS records, personnel files, and digital HR databases.
- Conduct performance reviews, manage appraisals, and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement and refine HR policies, SOPs, and standard HR documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, workplace issues, and foster a positive work culture.
- Perform regular HR audits to ensure process efficiency and data integrity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in HR generalist, HR manager, or talent acquisition roles.
- Strong working knowledge of HR analytics, HRIS systems, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Zoho People, SAP HR, or other HR software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Capable of maintaining high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in remote HR jobs, part-time HR consultancy, or in-house HR teams.
