HR Executive – Job Role
Monday Marketing Company, a Digital First Agency specializing in digital marketing, graphics design, and website development, is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive professional to join our team. As a HR Executive – Job Role / Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, like Recruitment, managing day-to-day human resource activities like managing payroll, handling attendance sheet, advertising job openings, identifying manpower requirements, creating job descriptions, orientation, and handling training sessions and supporting the overall growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Manage employee records and maintain an accurate HR database.
- Coordinate and conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Address employee relations issues and manage employee grievances.
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
