Monday Marketing Company, a Digital First Agency, is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns to promote our clients’ brands and engage their target audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging social media content across various platforms.
 - Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
 - Conduct social media listening to identify trends and insights.
 - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
 - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing social media assets.
 - Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
 - Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
 - Engage with influencers and build relationships for potential collaborations.
 - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
 
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
 - 1-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
 - Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their features.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
 - Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
 - Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
 - Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts.
 - Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.
