    What we collect

Contact details you submit through forms: name, email, phone, brand. We use these to respond to your enquiry.

Job applications: we collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, LinkedIn profile URL, current and expected CTC, notice period, work-mode preference, your CV or a link to it, and your answers to the screening questions. For some roles we also ask for your city, years of experience, a portfolio or showreel link, whether you would relocate, and the industries you have worked in. See 'If you apply for a job' below.

Cookies: see Cookie Policy below for category-by-category breakdown.

Usage data, anonymised pageviews and event data via GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used.

    What we don't collect

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on logged-in client dashboards (when applicable).

We do not collect data from anyone under 16.

  3. 03

    Cookie policy

Strictly necessary: for session, security, and form submission. This includes Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our forms from spam and abuse and is loaded when you start filling in a form. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms apply to it. Cannot be disabled.

Analytics: GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity. Helps us see what's working and what isn't.

Marketing: Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Google Ads. So we can show you relevant content.

You can change your preferences any time by clicking 'Cookies' in the footer.

Consent and the DPDP Act, 2023

We collect personal data through our forms only with your consent. Each form says what we will use it for, and you give consent by ticking the box before you submit.

We use enquiry details to reply to you and to prepare for a call. We use application details and CVs only to assess that application.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@mondaymarketing.company. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.

For complaints about how we handle your data, write to the same address. We acknowledge within 7 days.

If you apply for a job

We use your application only to assess you for the role you applied to and to contact you about it.

We keep your application on record. If it is closed and inactive for 12 months, we archive it: only our HR team can see it, and we won't contact you about it. If you join MMC, your application becomes part of your employee record.

You can withdraw your application or your consent at any time, from the private application page we email you or by writing to hr@mondaymarketing.company. We stop contacting you straight away and archive your application.

Withdrawing or archiving does not delete your application. If you want your personal data removed, ask us to delete it: email hr@mondaymarketing.company from the address you applied with, or send the request from your private application page.

Within 30 days of your request, we remove your personal data from the application: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, LinkedIn and portfolio links, your CV and any files you uploaded, your pay and notice-period details, your answers to the screening questions, and the notes our team made about you.

We keep a minimal record without your personal details: the application reference, the role, the dates, the outcome and the version of the consent you agreed to. We keep it so that we can show we handled your application and your request properly if we are ever asked. If the law requires us to keep anything else for longer, we keep only that.

To book interviews and email you about your application, we share your name and email address with two service providers: our scheduling provider, Calendly, based in the United States (until we move to our own scheduler), and our email provider. They process your data only to send those emails and book interviews.

Withdrawing does not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew.

  6. 06

    Your rights

Access: request a copy of the data we hold on you.

Correction: ask us to fix anything that's wrong.

Deletion: ask us to remove your data. We honour this inside 30 days unless legally required to retain. For job applications, we remove your personal data and keep a minimal record, as set out under 'If you apply for a job'.

Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.

Email all rights requests to privacy@mondaymarketing.company. We acknowledge within 7 days.

  7. 07

    Data storage & transfer

Analytics processed by Google in the United States under standard contractual clauses.

Form submissions and application files are shared only with the people who need them, for example the hiring team for the role you applied to.

  8. 08

    Changes to this policy

We'll post any material change here with a new 'Last updated' date. For substantial changes, we will let you know by email where we hold your address.
