How we work

Four things you would feel in your first month.

  • A strategist on the phone with a client, laptop and notes open
    Close to the client.

The people doing the work join the client calls. Account managers keep the work moving; they do not stand between you and the client.

  • Two people at a round table working through a plan
    Own outcomes, not tasks.

From your first role you own a piece of real client work end to end. Senior people own whole accounts and their results.

  • Someone writing a brief on a laptop at a studio desk
    Write your own brief.

Every senior here is expected to ship a brief unprompted in their first 90 days.

  • Three people shaping a plan together at a whiteboard
    Early enough to shape it.

The person who joins next helps decide how this place works, not just what it ships.

How hiring works

Four steps. No portal.

You meet the people you would work with before anyone makes a decision.

  1. A person writing a one-page plan in a notebook on a desk

    Step 1. Apply

Send your CV, your portfolio or showreel link if the role asks for one, where you want to work (on-site in Indore or remote within India), your current city, your years of relevant experience and your answers to four short questions. A recruiter reviews every application against the role's requirements.

  2. An account manager wearing a headset on a client call, taking notes

    Step 2. A structured interview

30 to 45 minutes with the hiring manager. Every candidate for a role gets the same core questions, built from what the role needs.

  3. A laptop showing a mood board on a desk with sketchbooks and a phone

    Step 3. A practical task

Early-career roles: a live task of 60 to 90 minutes, at the office or on a video call. Mid and senior roles: a task of a few hours on a realistic brief, with no live client data.

  4. Four colleagues gathered around a laptop reviewing product creative

    Step 4. A final conversation

With the department head and a founder. We agree on-site or remote work, your joining date and terms here, and take references before any offer.

Before you apply

Small is the job, not a phase.

Will frustrate you
  • You want a defined laneThe lane changes. Some weeks you will do work that is not yours.
  • You want someone else to make every callYou will have a lead who reviews your work and helps you grow, but you are expected to decide, ship and explain your call.
  • You want a big-company benefits sheetWe do not have one, and we would rather say so than list things we cannot back.
  • You are waiting for process to arriveYou would be the person writing it. That is the job, not a phase before the job.
You would do well
  • You like doing the work yourselfThe person with the plan also builds it, whether that is a campaign, a page or a client plan.
  • You want the client in the roomYou will be on the call, owning the number, without anyone translating for you.
  • You would rather own an outcome than a taskYou own a piece of the result from the start, and whole accounts as you grow.
  • You want a say in what this becomesThe shape of the company is still an open question.
