The role
This is a learning placement for students and recent graduates. As a Media Buying Strategy Intern at MMC, you help build media plans, budget sheets and channel research for D2C brands, B2B companies and educational institutes. A Senior Media Buying Strategist reviews your work and shows you how budget is split across Meta, Google, Amazon and other channels, and how results are measured. The internship runs for 3 to 6 months, full-time. The stipend is subject to interview. If you already have experience, see the Associate Media Buying Strategist role. The internship is open on-site in Indore or remote within India. Remote interns may occasionally be asked to visit our Indore office.
Why you'll love this role

- Pull results from ad platforms and GA4 into planning sheets
- Prepare charts and slides for media plan presentations

You probably are
- A final or pre-final year student, or a fresh graduate, in any degree

A bonus if you have
- Statistics, economics or commerce studies
- A Google Ads or Meta certification
- Looker Studio
What you'll grow into
Associate Media Buying Strategist, if a full-time role is open and your work is strong.
Where you would work

On-site at our office in Vijayanagar, Indore, or remote from anywhere in India. Both options are open for this role. Remote hires may occasionally be asked to visit the Indore office.
How hiring works
- 01Apply. Send your CV, your portfolio or showreel link if the role asks for one, where you want to work (on-site in Indore or remote within India), your current city, your years of relevant experience and your answers to four short questions. A recruiter reviews every application against the role's requirements.
- 02A structured interview. 30 to 45 minutes with the hiring manager. Every candidate for a role gets the same core questions, built from what the role needs.
- 03A practical task. Early-career roles: a live task of 60 to 90 minutes, at the office or on a video call. Mid and senior roles: a task of a few hours on a realistic brief, with no live client data.
- 04A final conversation. With the department head and a founder. We agree on-site or remote work, your joining date and terms here, and take references before any offer.
