The role
This is a learning placement for students and recent graduates. As a Content Creator Intern at MMC, you present products and ideas on camera for UGC-style ads, demos and tutorials, for D2C brands, B2B companies and educational institutes. A Senior Content Creator coaches you on delivery, framing and claims. The internship runs for 3 months, full-time, with shoot days planned in advance. Each brand you appear for is agreed with you before the shoot. The stipend is subject to interview. If you already have experience, see the On-camera Content Creator role. Where you would work

On-site at our office in Vijayanagar, Indore, or remote from anywhere in India. Both options are open for this role. Remote hires may occasionally be asked to visit the Indore office.
How hiring works
- 01Apply. Send your CV, your portfolio or showreel link if the role asks for one, where you want to work (on-site in Indore or remote within India), your current city, your years of relevant experience and your answers to four short questions. A recruiter reviews every application against the role's requirements.
- 02A structured interview. 30 to 45 minutes with the hiring manager. Every candidate for a role gets the same core questions, built from what the role needs.
- 03A practical task. Early-career roles: a live task of 60 to 90 minutes, at the office or on a video call. Mid and senior roles: a task of a few hours on a realistic brief, with no live client data.
- 04A final conversation. With the department head and a founder. We agree on-site or remote work, your joining date and terms here, and take references before any offer.
