The role
Here you see the whole path to purchase, from a Google search to an Amazon cart. As a Google + Amazon Specialist at MMC, you run Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Demand Gen alongside Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and DSP for D2C brands, as one connected stack. Some accounts also sell through quick commerce, so you learn how marketplaces, search and ads pull together. You brief the studio every week and own the reporting that ties it all up. The role is open on-site in Indore or remote within India. Remote hires may occasionally be asked to visit our Indore office.

How hiring works
- 01Apply. Send your CV, your portfolio or showreel link if the role asks for one, where you want to work (on-site in Indore or remote within India), your current city, your years of relevant experience and your answers to four short questions. A recruiter reviews every application against the role's requirements.
- 02A structured interview. 30 to 45 minutes with the hiring manager. Every candidate for a role gets the same core questions, built from what the role needs.
- 03A practical task. Early-career roles: a live task of 60 to 90 minutes, at the office or on a video call. Mid and senior roles: a task of a few hours on a realistic brief, with no live client data.
- 04A final conversation. With the department head and a founder. We agree on-site or remote work, your joining date and terms here, and take references before any offer.
