The role
You keep the edit team moving and the work on standard, across every account. As a Video Editing Manager at MMC, you lead the video editors, plan their workload, and review edits before they reach the client. Your accounts span D2C brands, B2B companies and educational institutes, and much of the footage comes from creator and studio shoots. You work with creative strategy, content and performance teams so edits are planned around what gets tested. The role is open on-site in Indore or remote within India. Remote hires may occasionally be asked to visit our Indore office.

Where you would work

On-site at our office in Vijayanagar, Indore, or remote from anywhere in India. Both options are open for this role. Remote hires may occasionally be asked to visit the Indore office.
How hiring works
- 01Apply. Send your CV, your portfolio or showreel link if the role asks for one, where you want to work (on-site in Indore or remote within India), your current city, your years of relevant experience and your answers to four short questions. A recruiter reviews every application against the role's requirements.
- 02A structured interview. 30 to 45 minutes with the hiring manager. Every candidate for a role gets the same core questions, built from what the role needs.
- 03A practical task. Early-career roles: a live task of 60 to 90 minutes, at the office or on a video call. Mid and senior roles: a task of a few hours on a realistic brief, with no live client data.
- 04A final conversation. With the department head and a founder. We agree on-site or remote work, your joining date and terms here, and take references before any offer.
